Getting Comfortable in the First Layer -God is who He says He is; He is concerned about you and your family.

When your lives are turned upside down from the financial upheaval facing your family, you are filled with dismay, heightened fear of the next phone call, knock on the door or mail delivery, (especially if it’s the mailcarrier’s ringing your doorbell with a pen in hand saying requesting your signature), it’s important for you to know that prayer will help Quiet your Disquieted Souls .

A sustaining prayer-position-strategy enabled my family and me to face another day. Prayer didn't’ make anything go away like a magic pill. God's mercy and grace is not listed on the Commodity Market but it is just as real and gives many dividends. There is no price one can place on His unchanging Grace that is poured out generously in prayer; for it is said in Philippians 4:6. "Don't fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns."

You must get centered in the first layer ..That  right now. RIGHT NOW! "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld His Glory....." Even in the midst of layoff a notice and dried-up funds, His Glory, His Word is your sustaining element.

It’s only with hindsight that the positioning of our prayer activity brought about the quietness in the soul, that we learned the faithfulness of the Lord and the Power of Prayer!
